As part of the DigitalTolk Group, we are scaling our operations to meet growing demand in the market and ensuring world-class service delivery to our customers.We are now looking for a Head of Operations DACH to take ownership of our operational organization, drive efficiency, and ensure that our delivery meets the highest standards of quality, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness.
Operational Leadership: Lead and manage the operations teams in DACH including Text Translation Project Managers, Customer Service / Booking Organization, and Interpreter Call Center.
Talent Management: Secure and manage a strong pool of freelance and in-house linguists, interpreters, and project managers to meet client demand.
Quality & Compliance: Ensure delivery meets client requirements, quality standards, and contractual obligations.
Customer Focus: Collaborate closely with sales and account management to ensure seamless client experience and resolve operational issues quickly.
Build, coach, and inspire high-performing teams in Customer Service and Project Management.
Demonstrated success in leading multi-team operations (PMs, customer service, call center).
Data-driven and structured, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Fluent in German and English (spoken and written). A key leadership role in a fast-growing, international language service provider.
