Your responsibilities: Handle all aspects of transport insurance management, including: Notification and registration of shipments Claims handling and coordination with brokers/insurers Resolution of transport-related insurance issues in collaboration with logistics and legal teams Support the administration of global property and business interruption coverage, including: Reporting and annual validation of insured values Claims handling and coordination with internal departments and insurers Clarifying policy coverage or exclusions as needed Following up on risk engineering reports and implementation of recommended improvements Independently manage the company’s overseas travel health insurance, including: Maintaining records of insured persons Supporting employees with claims processes Acting as point of contact for policy-related questions and clarifications Administer the group accident insurance program for Germany, including: Regular updates and reporting of insured personnel Claims handling and internal coordination Providing clarification and guidance on insurance-related inquiries Support the administration of global liability insurance program coverage, including: Claims handling and coordination with internal departments and insurers Clarifying policy coverage or exclusions are needed Review and monitor the insurance policy registers of foreign GROHE entities Identify potential gaps or inconsistencies Initiate corrective action via local insurance brokers where necessary Provide operational and strategic support to the Leader Insurance, LIXIL EMENA, particularly in: Resolving complex insurance or risk-related issues Liaising with both internal departments and external partners, nationally and internationally Offering input on other corporate insurance programs as needed Your profile: Commercial, legal or insurance training Professional experience with an industrial insurer or industrial insurance broker Good knowledge of international industrial insurance Fluent in spoken and written German and English Good knowledge of MS Office and openness to new digital solutions Confident working in a fast-paced, dynamic and global environment We offer: Attractive remuneration in accordance with the IG Metall collective agreement as well as special company payments Flexible working time model with the possibility of mobile work Individual development through our internal training program Professional onboarding for a successful start Comprehensive health management with attractive offers e.g. Bike-leasing, Health Cashback Use of our wide-ranged employee offers (discounts travel, fashion, media, mobile phone etc.) Diversity & Inclusion: all people have the same opportunities and are individually supported A highly motivated, appreciative and international team that inspires you to learn from Interested?
