Job Description:
We are hiring a skilled and passionate Cook / Chef to join a professional hospitality team in Germany. The candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes, maintaining kitchen hygiene standards, and ensuring efficient kitchen operations in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and cook meals as per menu (à la carte / buffet)
* Perform mise en place and kitchen preparation efficiently
* Ensure proper handling and storage of ingredients
* Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
* Follow food safety, hygiene, and allergen guidelines
* Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and compliant with standards
* Assist during peak hours and special events
* Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth workflow
Salary:₹2.6 LPA – ₹3.2 LPA
Requirements
* Completed training as a Cook / Chef (or equivalent certification)
* Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience
* German language proficiency – B1 level preferred
* Experience in hotel/restaurant kitchens
* Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
* Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
* Strong attention to detail and time management
