We are hiring a skilled and passionate Cook / Chef to join a professional hospitality team in Germany. The candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes, maintaining kitchen hygiene standards, and ensuring efficient kitchen operations in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and cook meals as per menu (à la carte / buffet)
2. Perform mise en place and kitchen preparation efficiently
3. Ensure proper handling and storage of ingredients
4. Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
5. Follow food safety, hygiene, and allergen guidelines
6. Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and compliant with standards
7. Assist during peak hours and special events
8. Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth workflow
Salary:₹ LPA – ₹ LPA
Requirements
9. Completed training asa Cook / Chef (or equivalent certification)
10. Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience
11. German language proficiency – B1 level preferred
12. Experience in hotel/restaurant kitchens
13. Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
14. Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
15. Strong attention to detail and time management
