Operations Manager Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager to oversee our day-to-day operations and ensure seamless execution of tasks.
* The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
This role involves managing contracts, maintaining relationships with institutional partners, financial managers, and high-end clients in Europe.
* You will be the point of contact for our clients, partners, and sales teams for any operational matters, questions, and support.
* Responsibilities include ensuring the analysis and processing of financial and administrative operations from clients and partners in accordance with established procedures and controls.
* You will manage account openings with custodian banks and set up management instructions with financial managers.
* Additionally, you will handle follow-ups related to operational processing with clients and partners.
Requirements
* A university degree preferably with a financial or insurance orientation is required.
* At least 2 years' previous experience in life insurance or financial services is necessary.
* Good knowledge of life insurance products and services, AML procedures, and related processes is essential.
* Fluency in English is a must.
