Your Role and Core Responsibilities
As a Customer Advisor, you are the voice of our brand. Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional written support that not only resolves issues efficiently but also builds a positive, lasting impression. This is a role for a detail-oriented professional who can communicate complex information clearly and with a warm, helpful tone.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Email & Chat Management: Expertly manage a queue of incoming customer inquiries via email and live chat, ensuring timely, accurate, and professional responses in fluent German. You'll be the first point of contact for a variety of issues, from tracking orders and managing returns to providing detailed product information and troubleshooting account problems.
* Problem Resolution: Skillfully navigate a wide range of customer issues. Your ability to think on your feet, investigate problems, and find effective solutions will be crucial. Your goal is always to find a solution that satisfies the customer while adhering to company policies.
* Knowledge Hub: Become a subject matter expert on our client’s products, services, and company policies. You will stay up-to-date on new product launches, promotions, and changes to ensure you provide the most current and correct information to every customer.
* Quality Assurance: Maintain a consistently high standard of written communication. Every email and chat message should be professional, grammatically correct, and tailored to the individual customer’s needs. Your attention to detail ensures a flawless customer experience.
* Data & Feedback: Accurately log and categorize all customer interactions in our CRM system. Your insights will be invaluable for identifying recurring issues and helping the team improve our overall service and operational processes.

Essential Requirements:
