Your mission As our Business Development/Partner Manager, you’ll play a key role in expanding our footprint across Europe by driving strategic partnerships, initiating commercial agreements, and shaping the future of trusted digital ecosystems - especially around the EU Business Wallet and emerging Web3 standards. Key Responsibilities: Identify and engage with strategic partners across industries to develop and grow ecosystems around Spherity’s identity solutions Lead the initiation and execution of commercial agreements with enterprise clients, consortia, and public institutions Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline of B2B opportunities with the ecosystem partners across Europe Represent Spherity in relevant working groups and forums to influence standards and policy Collaborate with product and tech teams to align market needs with product development Monitor trends in digital identity, SSI, and EU regulatory frameworks (e.g. eIDAS 2.0, EU Business Wallet) Manage and coordinate customer projects General product requirements from customers and ecosystems Your profile Experience : Proven experience and track record with a minimum of 3 years in business development and building up a partnership ecosystem in a software environment. Skills: Strong understanding of digital identity, Web3, or enterprise SaaS is a strong plus Familiarity with EU digital policy frameworks, especially eIDAS, EU Business Wallet, AFP & AFI Working experience and network at large and medium-sized Consulting Firms and System Integrators Excellent communication and negotiation skills at C-levels. Strategic thinker with a hands-on attitude and a passion for innovation High-level of self-motivation and relentless focus on achieving targets. Can-do attitude in an agile international team. Proactive and results-oriented approach to work. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Language : Fluent in German and English, any other EU languages are a plus.
