Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement tax strategies to support business growth across multiple jurisdictions
* Manage international tax compliance, reporting, and transfer pricing documentation in collaboration with external advisors
* Lead tax aspects of M&A transactions, due diligence, structuring, and post-deal integration
* Identify and manage tax risks; ensure adherence to global tax governance standards
* Partner with finance, legal, and business teams on cross-functional initiatives (treasury, supply chain, commercial structuring)
* Optimize tax positions through proactive planning and risk management
* Monitor evolving tax legislation and assess business impact
* Support external audit processes and liaise with tax authorities as required
Your Profile:
* ACA/CTA/CPA qualified or equivalent, with significant post-qualification experience in international tax
* Prior in-house experience in a corporate or PE-backed environment highly preferred
* Strong technical knowledge of international corporate tax, transfer pricing, and tax accounting
* Experience in global tax compliance and reporting
* Commercially minded, with strong business acumen and ability to work cross-functionally
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with comfort operating in a fast-paced environment
