Regional Sales Manager
Location: South Germany

Our client is seeking an experienced and collaborative Regional Sales Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth in the South Germany region. In this position you will also lead a team of commercial & clinical specialist while also delivering on your own sales target.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, and clinics.
Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
Provide product education and training to customers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful product launches.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Collaborate with your team to identify and deliver on potential new business and sales
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in related field.
Experience in field sales, preferably in medical devices ideally class III implants
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Proven experience in managing teams.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated and results-oriented.
