The Role You’ll Step Into
This is not a job where you’re buried in a backlog of bugs or chained to legacy logic without purpose.
This is where you become the custodian of the Delphi Brain, the beating heart of the Point of Sale software used in hotels worldwide.
You’ll build, extend, and nurture this core system. You’ll own it like an architect owns their blueprint.
You’ll work in sync with a focused team in Germany and collaborate across borders with nearshore developers in India.
You’ll be respected, not monitored. Trusted, not micromanaged. And when the roadmap pivots, you’ll help draw the map.

* Delphi is not just a language you know, but a system you understand
* You write SQL the way a painter uses a brush, clean, intentional, efficient
* Firebase and Git are second nature
* You can speak and write fluently in German (C1) and navigate technical discussion in English (B2)
* You bring structure to chaos and solutions to conversations
* You prefer autonomy over oversight, impact over noise
Bonus points if you’ve danced with C# or kept up with modern development processes — but even without that, your core strength lies in building robust software that stands the test of time.
