Responsibilities:
1. Spearhead the international expansion of our distribution business, with full ownership of the success of E&D via a virtualized P&L.
2. Lead a distributed team of 5 FTEs and 2 commercial experts, providing both strategic and operational direction.
3. Drive growth by nurturing and expanding volume from existing partners, entering new territories with proven partners, establishing new channel partners, and forging strategic partnerships with complementary technology providers.
4. Ensure market expansion through Yunex’s core portfolio, while adhering to and helping shape internal processes and structures to enable scalable, clean, and profitable distribution business.
5. Maintain a strong willingness to travel internationally and regularly engage with partners and markets on the ground.
Qualifications & Experience:
1. A degree in Business Administration (BWL) or a technical field is preferred; extensive industry-relevant experience will also be considered.
2. Proven track record as a Sales Manager who consistently delivers on ambitious growth targets.
3. 3–5 years of experience in the Intelligent Traffic Systems (ITS) space or related industries.
4. Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional and cross-regional stakeholders within complex organizations.
5. Strategic thinker with a hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset, highly driven, energetic, and willing to take full accountability for results.
6. Entrepreneurial, driven, ambitious, and energized by building businesses in a complex, fast-moving environment.
7. Fluent in English; proficiency in German or additional languages is a strong advantage.
