BBIS has an opening for a MYP/DP English Language and Literature Teacher (f/m/d)
Full-time (30 teaching units per week / 40 working hours per week)

Vacation : 60 days per year, taken during school holidays
We are seeking an innovative, connected, and proactive professional who has a passion for English Language and Literature Analysis. You will teach students from grade 6 to 12, providing inquiry-based and conceptually driven instruction while fostering student confidence and well-being.
Teaching : Deliver IB Diploma (SL/HL) and MYP English Language & Literature (Grades 6-12).
Student Support : Supervise the Personal Project and Extended Essay (EE) and commit to a homeroom/advisor role.
Innovation : Utilize technology effectively within teaching and learning to optimize student outcomes.
School Life : Contribute to the school’s extra-curricular activities programme.
Teaching certification, preferably with a Master’s degree in a related field.
experience in international schools is preferred.
Experience teaching English Literature and Analysis (not English Acquisition).
Strong belief that all students can succeed; commitment to the IB Learner Profile attributes and providing equitable access for all students.
Communication : Outstanding written and spoken English; excellent references indicating a passion for teaching.
Teacher salary according to classification and stipend, including annual discretionary school-wide bonus (up to one monthly salary).
