Summary of the Position: We are currently looking for an Administrative Assistant based in Frankfurt Germany to support our Asset Management and Risk & Operations Management Team. As this is a parental leave replacement position, it is a temporary position. Key Responsibilities: • Supporting senior management in Asset & Leasing as well as Risk & Operations Management • Contract management within Asset Management, including centralised documentation and archiving of lease agreements • Acting as liaison between internal departments and external stakeholders • Administration of security deposit accounts and support in invoice processing • Assistance in compliance, audit and governance matters • Conducting KYC checks within internal risk and compliance processes • Supporting internal and external audits • Operational support in daily business activities, including correspondence, communication coordination, travel arrangements, expense management, and preparation of presentations and reports • Office coordination including front desk coverage, switchboard management, mail and delivery handling, and meeting room coordination and catering arrangements Skills & Qualifications: · Completed commercial apprenticeship · Relevant professional experience · High customer focus and a team player with good communication skills, both written and verbal · Strong organizational skills as well as ability to manage several tasks simultaneously · High level of service orientation and hands-on mentality · Business proficiency in German and English · Strong command of MS Office Tishman Speyer is deeply committed to creating and maintaining a diverse workforce which promotes different views and perspectives.
