This is a high-impact role for someone who knows how to turn events into real commercial leverage - not just good vibes and branded swag. 💡 The Opportunity You’ll own a portfolio of ~35 events per year, spanning: Global flagship conferences & trade shows Strategic partnerships & associations Webinars and owned media (including podcasts) From major industry expos to intimate, senior-level dinners, you’ll design and deliver experiences that are intentional, premium, and unmistakably on-brand with measurable ROI. This is a hands-on leadership role: you set the strategy, sweat the details, and ensure every event earns its place in the GTM motion. 🎯 What You’ll Be Doing Own and evolve the full annual event strategy and calendar Lead end-to-end execution of conferences, field events, and executive programs Design senior-level, high-substance experiences for C-suite audiences Partner closely with Sales to drive pipeline, meetings, and follow-up Track performance across leads, pipeline influence, and revenue impact Run operational delivery for webinars and podcast production Continuously improve execution using data, feedback, and automation 🧠What They’re Looking For 5–8+ years’ experience in B2B field / experiential marketing Background in enterprise tech, infrastructure, or complex B2B environments Proven ownership of both large-scale events and intimate executive programs Strong sales alignment mindset — pipeline matters here Calm under pressure, operationally sharp, creatively strong Comfortable working at both strategic and hands-on levels Curious about using AI and tools to work smarter, not harder ✨ Why This Role?
