Jobbeschreibung:

The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for driving customer experience initiatives and executing marketing activities that are in line with the overall strategic marketing communications plan. This role includes managing local marketing efforts, facilitating social media engagement, supporting event marketing, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure effective content development. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and organized professional with a strong understanding of digital marketing, social media trends, and content generation. This position plays a critical role in enhancing brand visibility, strengthening thought leadership, and ensuring seamless marketing execution across multiple channels.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


Customer Experience & Engagement

1. Lead the setup of the Neuwied FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) and customer experience center.
2. Ensure an engaging and consistent customer journey within the local facility.

Content Marketing

3. Provide input for social media posts based on strategic calendar.
4. Collaborate with the Shared Services team and SMEs (Subject Matter Experts) to review and approve content.
5. Provide local marketing support for the Mail, Bag, Inserting, and Surface Treatment Cleaning & Spray product lines, including any necessary onsite content generation.
6. Collaborate with the Shared Services team to create and maintain a blog platform where SMEs can publish thought leadership articles.
7. Develop a user-friendly digital submission form for blog contributions, including SME bios and headshots.

Paid Media Advertising

8. Manage media buying, association listings, and yearly membership renewals in alignment with the strategic marketing plan.
9. Contact media associations to renew yearly memberships.
10. Create digital and print ads via internal graphic designer or agency and submit to media publications in a timely manner.
11. Ensure timely updates to association portals with advertising materials.

PR

12. Support the team withPR effortsas needed; including but not limited to: copy editing, SME reviews, publishing PR to website, media distribution, and providing content to share on social media.

Tradeshow & Event Marketing

13. Coordinate pre, during, and post-event marketing for global tradeshows.
14. Collaborate with the Shared Services team and provide direct support for EMEA tradeshow coordination, ensuring seamless execution.
15. Drive attendee engagement and content creation during tradeshows.
16. Collaborate with the Shared Services team to integrate the IET team into the global sales tool, helping guide its implementation.


Digital Marketing & Lead Generation

17. Collaborate with the Shared Services team to enhance the D365 platform for accurate lead data collection.
18. Monitor digital marketing KPIs and support in preparing performance reports.

Competitive Research & Market Expertise

19. Maintain awareness of competitor activity and benchmarking, including competitor marketing communications tactics.
20. Stay up to date on social media trends and recommend relevant strategies.
21. Based on the acquired research, provide market expertise recommendations to the segment.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

22. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English.
23. Deadline-driven mindset with the ability to work under pressure and deliver projects on time without compromising quality.
24. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
25. Experience in social media marketing and digital engagement.
26. Familiarity with content marketing strategies.
27. Ability to work collaboratively in a matrix environment.
28. Strong time management and prioritization skills.
29. Basic graphic design skills using Canva or similar tools.
30. Adaptability in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
