We are a mid-sized company in Mannheim looking for an enthusiastic and friendly person to support our team in part-time.
Job Description
* Vertriebsunterstützung und Auftragsmanagement: Support with the handling of customer inquiries and orders, creation of offers and invoices, processing of complaints and maintenance of existing customers.
* Marketingaktionen: Assistance with planning and implementation of customer-specific marketing actions and single projects.
* Vermarktung: Contact person for the marketing of our advertising spaces and carriers.
* Buchhaltung: Recording of business events, support with monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, preparation of cost-relevant data, maintenance of master data, invoice creation.
* Organisation: Support with all administrative tasks within the department.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Completed education as a clerk for business management or equivalent experience, Buchhalterin or Werbekauffrau.
* Independent, structured and reliable work style with a good understanding of entrepreneurial processes.
* Excellent organizational and communication skills as well as high teamwork ability.
* Secure handling of MS Office and the Internet, ideally also experience with data capture systems.
* Good written and spoken language skills.
* Driving license class B.
* High customer and service orientation as well as social competence.
* Safe and professional appearance as well as loyalty.
