Your tasks as a Product Line Manager for Laser Crystals (all genders) include:
* You are the crystal expert who is in close contact with our customers, understands their requests immediately and discusses technical requirements with them.
* Together with the General Manager and the Coherent Sales Team, you develop pricing strategies for our products.
* You will analyze the customer and competitive situation in our relevant markets and identify the right actions for business development and strategic decisions.
* You form the interface between our international sales organization, the local operations team and our customers.
* You will present our products to customers on customer sites and at trade fairs, seminars and conferences.
* You will report directly to the General Manager of the site.
Your Qualification
* Completed technical or scientific studies in the fields of electrical engineering, physics, chemistry, etc.
* Knowledge of optics, crystal physics and laser physics
* Good knowledge of economics
* Experience in customer service
* Experience in a dynamic environment and ability to quickly establish internal networks
* Very good written and spoken German and English skills
* High level of motivation, reliability, target orientation and flexibility
* Strong communication skills and enthusiastic about working in a team
* Willingness to travel at national and international level (approx. 20%)
