For Dahua DACH Region we are looking for an ambitious and energetic Marketing Assistant within the field of Security Video Surveillance/Pro AV/Alarm/ or IT to deliver the creative execution of our Company's marketing and communication strategy. Together with the Marketing team members (from our DACH Team, WEU Team and headquarters in China), you will be responsible for the timely and successful execution of the operational B2B Marketing activities for Dahua DACH. This would be an exciting opportunity for the suitable candidate to make his or her mark within a continuously expanding organization. To be successful in this role, the future job holder must have some all-round Marketing experience, he/ she must be familiar with Photoshop / Illustrator for basic graphic designing and must have strong administration skills. Your base location would be in Düsseldorf and you will be reporting to the Marketing Manager and Country Manager Germany.
Job Description
* Work closely with the Marketing Manager and relevant business departments to develop, plan, and execute the annual marketing strategy and action plan for the DACH region, ensuring that all marketing initiatives are aligned with overall business objectives and implemented effectively. Assist in marketing budget planning, monitoring, and cost control to ensure efficient allocation and utilization of marketing resources throughout the year.
* Collaborate with the product team to gain a deep understanding of product features and key selling points, and design corresponding marketing activities and promotional strategies to support the business units and sales teams in achieving their sales targets.
* Maintain regular communication with suppliers, partners, and customers, and coordinate promotional campaigns, online and offline marketing events, as well as handle related inquiries.
* Develop and implement a social media strategy, including planning and publishing content across platforms such as Meta platforms (e.g., Facebook and Instagram), LinkedIn, and the Dahua Partner App.
* Maintain and manage the company's public mailbox, official website, and other relevant digital platforms, ensuring timely updates and effective information management.
* Support the Marketing Manager in planning and organizing company events, roadshows, and industry exhibitions, and assist with event coordination and execution.
* Coordinate and update marketing and promotional materials for new product launches, ensuring accurate and consistent communication of product information.
* Perform other duties as assigned by the Country Manager and Marketing Manager.
Requirements:
* Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality or related field,
* 1-2 years of B2B marketing experience, minimum 3 years of Marketing experience. Marketing experience in the field of Security Video Surveillance and/or IT would be considered as a plus
* Attention to detailed and logical approach by identifying business needs and proactively translate this into marketing action plan
* Computer literate and advanced level skills in using Excel, Outlook, Word, Photoshop / Illustrator and PowerPoint
* Knowledge of CRM management (Salesforce) system and relevant marketing tools
* Knowledge of website management using CMS platforms as well as HTML/CSS woult be a big plus point.
* Basic knowledge and experience in e-commerce operations and online sales channels is preferred.
* Fluent in English and Chinese. German at least B2.
