We are seeking a strategic and analytical Market Manager – Food Segment to drive market intelligence, competitive positioning, and go-to-market strategy with focus on Europe and USA. The successful candidate will focus on identifying new opportunities, supporting product roadmap development, and providing technical expertise for compressed air, sterile air, gas treatment, and steam filtration applications within the food industry. Working cross-functionally with Product Management, Business Development, and Application Engineering, this role plays a key part in translating market insights into actionable business strategies.

Key Responsibilities
3. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and emerging opportunities, providing actionable insights to support product strategy and planning.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate market and customer data into product roadmaps and prioritize initiatives.
5. Analyze competitor products, pricing, and positioning to evaluate our performance and maintain a competitive intelligence database.
6. Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new product launches, including target customer profiles, value propositions, and sales support materials.
7. Create training tools, documentation, and best practice guides to enable sales and business development teams.
8. Provide specialized technical expertise for complex or custom projects, supporting Application Engineering in addressing niche market challenges.
Minimum Qualifications
9. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
10. 5+ years of experience in market analysis, product marketing, or technical sales support, preferably in related industries.
11. Experience in the food or process filtration industry.
12. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
13. Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
14. Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
15. Previous experience collaborating with dairy customers or projects in the dairy sector.
