Profil
* You have a structured, team-oriented, and communicative approach to your work. The following qualifications and skills are required:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Information Technology/Computing (or demonstrated equivalent work experience)
* Solid professional experience in Workspace ONE, certification is an advantage
* Experience in error analysis, problem-solving, and troubleshooting
* Willingness to work on-site and travel
* Excellent written and spoken English and German skills
Aufgaben
* Design, implementation, and troubleshooting of the Omnissa(TM) Sovereign Solution for Workspace ONE
* Direct collaboration with Omnissa(TM) product development
* Error analysis and problem solving (3rd/4th level) in global support
* Monitoring, maintenance, and updates of private cloud and customer systems
* Continuous expansion of your expertise, including training stays in the USA with the manufacturer and global partners
