YOUR TASKS
1. You are responsible for planning and marketing our most important monthly PAYBACK mailing, the “Punkte-Post,” as well as partner-specific standalone mailings, ensuring that all measures effectively contribute to the development of our business area
2. You develop concepts for how our print media can be meaningfully combined with digital channels
3. You analyze KPIs not only on an operational level but derive strategic recommendations and prepare results in a clear and concise way for senior management
4. You manage and coordinate cross-functional projects, keep track of progress, and drive implementation forward. You actively involve relevant stakeholders and ensure smooth collaboration
5. You create compelling presentations and confidently present your concepts to various decision-making bodies
YOUR PROFILE
6. You bring at least five years of experience in marketing – ideally in direct marketing/CRM on the company side – and understand how print and digital channels can work together effectively
7. You work in a structured and goal-oriented manner and maintain oversight even in complex situations
8. You have strong analytical skills, an affinity for numbers, and confidently work with KPIs
9. You present yourself confidently, demonstrate assertiveness, and are characterized by a strong service and results orientation
10. You work proactively and have a strong hands-on mentality. At the same time, you see yourself as a team player who drives solutions forward collaboratively
11. You communicate confidently in both German and English – verbally and in writing
