Your mission In this role, you will work directly with our two founders to support our growth strategy and optimize our systems and processes. This role offers hands-on experience in executive support, administration, and event management in a dynamic, international environment. Your profile You will own Manage travel bookings and monthly reporting. Process expenses in our spend management platform and support with travel reimbursements. Maintain and update CRM data (cleaning, adding contacts). Assist with ad hoc executive tasks and general office administration The Founders pipeline, which includes the tracking and documentation of sales funnel and activities. The relationship management with new potential partners, existing partners, advisors and experts. Project management and support of Founders projects including, events, PR, new program initiatives. Office management for the founders’ office, including scheduling and internal communication Production of partnerships and outreach materials, such as proposals and pitch decks … and collaborate with colleagues on: Relationship-building, sales and business development Event management PR, marketing & communications To thrive and grow in this role, you will likely be: Extremely organized, with an ability to set up and manage processes and projects, yet flexible to adapt to shifting circumstances and priorities. Attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities under time pressure. Excellent communication skills both in German and English Proficiency in Google Workspace; CRM knowledge (e.g., HubSpot) is a plus. Proactive, reliable, and a team player with a hands-on mentality.
