We are looking for a dynamic and tech-savvy Sales Assistant/Retail trainer to join our team, specializing in smart glasses products for the high-end retail market in German-speaking regions. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, providing product expertise, and supporting store training and management to drive sales and enhance the customer experience.
Responsibilities
Customer Service & Sales:
Assist customers with smart glasses product inquiries, demonstrations, and purchases.
Assit in-store visibilities to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
Product Expertise & Training:
Stay updated on smart glasses technology and features to provide accurate information to customers.
Support training for new and existing staff on product knowledge and sales techniques.
Store Operations:
Assist in daily retail & marketing operations.
Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
Market Insights:
~ Gather customer feedback and share insights to improve product offerings and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. 0-3 years in retail sales, preferably in tech or high-end eyewear.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in German and English (written and spoken).
