Your Mission: Your mission is to manage & develop our relationship with our Partners from onboarding to the launch and beyond. As Partner Manager you will be the main point of contact to our partners, coordinating all changes and being a consistent partner in building their product and their business. You will play an important role in establishing lemon.markets as the go-to-provider for launching investment products in Europe.
At lemon.markets we value ownership a lot. You will have autonomy in shaping your area of responsibility. You will report directly to our VP Brokerage and collaborate closely with Go-to-Market, Product, Compliance, Legal and Outsourcing to ensure our partner relationships are set up for success from day one. This is your opportunity to develop and manage our first Partners, building a framework around it that makes launching an investment product with lemon.markets customer-centric and a straightforward experience.
You will:
* Own the day-to-day relationship with our business partners. Continuously build out the relationship, coordinate change processes and be a consistent partner in building their product.
* Act as the first line of defence for our outsourced activities, working with Risk, Compliance and Outsourcing to ensure partners are smoothly onboarded and meet regulatory standards.
* Collaborate with Go-to-Market, Product, Brokerage and Operations to improve our product and services for stronger product-market fit.
* Qualify, calculate and validate business cases to help our partners expand their product offering and steer the process around it.
* Build out processes and design the framework and standards for the Partner Management function.
* Support a strong writing culture and share knowledge and partner insights proactively.
You will be successful in this role if:
* Growing investing opportunities excites you. You have worked in the financial sector before (Brokerage Firm, Bank or Fintech).
* You have experience in managing business partnerships and building strong relationships, from roles in Business Analysis, Strategy Consulting, Project Management or Onboarding Management.
* You take a long-term view with partners, aiming to build lasting partnerships from day one and understand their long-term ambitions.
* You are a great communicator and can build trustful relationships with partners and other lemoneers, enabling tough conversations without breaking the relationship.
* You have hands-on experience coordinating cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
* You have exposure to outsourcing and vendor management, including defining and managing SLAs with partners.
* You cope well with ambiguity, can juggle multiple projects and deadlines, and stay organized while keeping the bigger picture in mind.
* You understand robust compliance processes and regulatory guardrails.
* You thrive on ownership and are motivated to deliver value by taking initiative and challenging the status quo.
