We're not your average SaaS company, and this isn't a standard Customer Success role. As a Strategic Advisor for Business Transformation, you'll be responsible for guiding a designated set of customers in maximizing their value from our platform. Your role will range from change consultant to strategy execution advisor and account manager, ensuring a seamless transition to outcome-focused organizations.
Your Key Objectives:
* Advise on implementing and establishing the business transformation process based on OKRs with our solution and your expertise.
* Share insights on successfully integrating OKRs with other processes, such as KPIs, Performance Management, Project Management, and Portfolio Management.
* Identify customer needs and challenges to position additional Workpath services or software offerings that help them overcome these challenges.
* Secure long-term collaboration with us, delivering real business impact.
Additional Responsibilities:
* Track customers' success with our platform.
* Facilitate Business Reviews to share valuable insights with top-level Executives.
* Analyze customer data to avoid churn and drive adoption and retention.
* Collaborate with the Account Team to strategically plan for renewals and expansions.
* Liaise between customers and our Product team to shape the future development of our business transformation platform.
Requirements:
What We're Looking For:
You have worked in management consulting or a similar role, gaining experience in areas like strategy, business transformation, change management, new work, and/or agile methodologies. Hard requirements include being an owner of your work, able to work independently, and an excellent communicator in English, conversing with senior leaders at ease.
