Your responsibilities You will be responsible for the technical operation of our web and mobile applications (iOS/Android), including taking over from projects and ensuring their availability and functionality. You will independently manage and coordinate (major) incidents and ensure fast and effective problem solving. You will be the central technical contact for internal departments and external service providers in the event of malfunctions and problems. You will plan and manage change and release processes for web and mobile applications independently and proactively, taking security aspects into account. You will actively participate in the optimization of operational processes and implement them independently. Your profile You have a degree in (business) information technology or a comparable qualification, as well as several years of experience in the IT operations environment. Ideally, you have in-depth knowledge of the operation of web and mobile applications (iOS/Android), including the relevant technologies and platforms. You manage (major) incidents, change and release processes, and cooperation with service providers independently and proactively. You are distinguished by your strong organizational and communication skills and your structured and solution-oriented approach to work. You actively apply and further develop your knowledge of IT security fundamentals and their implementation in technical operations. Very advanced German language skills at C1 level round off your profile.
