The role offers the opportunity to shape and execute brand strategy across multiple channels and collaborate with global and local teams. Responsibilities Local Brand Strategy & Positioning Develop and implement the local brand strategy aligned with global guidelines; analyze local market trends, competitors, and customer needs to derive actionable recommendations; ensure clear, differentiated positioning across all relevant communication channels. Cross‑functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Management Coordinate closely with Marketing, Media, Product Management, Sales, PR, Social Media, and e‑Commerce; convey local market needs to global teams and actively co‑design global marketing initiatives; manage external partners such as agencies or market‑research providers. Brand KPIs, Market Analysis & Reporting Monitor relevant Brand KPIs (Brand Awareness, Consideration, Preference, Customer Engagement); conduct market and competitive analyses and derive strategic insights; prepare management reports with clear action recommendations to further develop the brand.
