* Provide outstanding customer service to German-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.

* Document all customer interactions diligently in our CRM system.

Requirements
* Fluent in German, both written and spoken; English proficiency is required.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on customer service.

* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
