Your area of work:
The Transformation & Change Management team is part of the CTO area and provides strategic advisory and program delivery support for Group-wide technology transformations. We partner with senior leadership to drive complex change, design future-ready operating models, and enable the organization to deliver on its strategic technology vision.
We are a modern, forward-thinking team and are looking for a Consultant with a project management mindset-someone who combines strong execution skills with analytical thinking, stakeholder engagement, and a passion for driving transformation across teams and technologies.
Your responsibilities:
1. Support the Program/Project Manager in the execution of the project/program
2. Prepare steering committee and board level communication
3. Structure and coordinate activities between (sub-) projects as well as quality assurance on results to be communicated
4. Manage and coordinate processes required for organizational, regulatory and/or compliance purposes
5. Manage and ensure proper communication with stakeholders at DBG as well as decision makers at various levels
6. Manage independently special assignments
Your profile:
7. You have successfully completed your university degree in IT or business-related field of study and relevant professional experience
8. You are an expert in Power Point and have a certain experience with AI tools
9. You have worked for a large Management Consultancy
10. You have solid IT knowledge and a good understanding of Project Management
11. You have a good understanding of ITIL and/or COBIT framework
12. You preferably have experience with audits and risk management methodologies
13. You bring a high degree of communication skills and working within a professional environment
14. You are a highly motivated, organized individual who can work effectively with minimal supervision
15. You are a strong team player, able to collaborate with technical experts and managers alike
16. Your profile is rounded off by experience in banking regulation (EBA, MA Risk, BAIT, BaFin, CSSF)
17. Proficiency in written and spoken English; German language skills will be an asset.
