The Role
As DTC Manager Europe, you own the commercial performance, campaign execution, and front-end experience of VeSync’s European DTC websites. Acting as the regional DTC campaign lead, you translate local market insights, consumer behavior, and competitive trends into high-performing, sales-driven e-commerce activations.
You are accountable for campaign planning, merchandising, CRO, pricing execution, and inventory alignment, ensuring DTC delivers incremental growth, premium brand experience, and operational efficiency across EU markets.
You will collaborate closely with EU Marketing, Country IMC Managers, Product Marketing, Supply Chain, and the Global DTC team.
Key Responsibilities
1. DTC Strategy, Campaign Planning & Ownership
* Own the commercial and experiential roadmap for the top 5 EU DTC sites (DE, FR, UK, ES, IT).
* Plan and execute regional and local sales campaigns (launches, seasonal moments, promotions) based on strong understanding of local market dynamics.
* Build and manage the campaign and content calendar aligned with product launches and demand cycles.
* Ensure DTC sites support brand education, premium positioning, exclusivity, and lifecycle growth.
2. Front-End Content, Merchandising & Pricing
* Own all on-site content (homepages, PDPs, collections, landing pages).
* Manage product launches, copy accuracy, imagery, feature highlighting, bundling, and navigation.
* Execute pricing alignment across DTC, Retail, and Amazon, in line with pricing guardrails.
* Apply data-driven merchandising to optimize category performance, search, and conversion.
3. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
* Analyze user behavior using analytics, heatmaps, and session recordings.
* Identify funnel bottlenecks and execute CRO initiatives (UX/UI improvements, A/B testing).
* Operate and scale CRO tools such as Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar, VWO, and/or Optimizely.
* Optimize checkout, payment methods, and mobile experience across markets.
4. Campaign Activation & Lifecycle Growth
* Execute on-site promotions (bundles, gifts-with-purchase, seasonal events).
* Ensure flawless deployment of campaign assets across EU sites.
* Drive accessory, spare-part, and add-on sales to increase AOV and retention.
* Partner with CRM teams on post-purchase journeys and repeat purchase initiatives.
5. Stock Forecasting & Commercial Planning
* Own DTC inventory visibility and stock forecasting for EU websites.
* Align inventory planning with campaign calendars and promotional intensity.
* Monitor sell-through, stock risks, and demand signals to proactively adjust merchandising and pricing.
6. Performance Reporting & Collaboration
* Track GMV, conversion rate, AOV, traffic, product performance, inventory status, and campaign ROI.
* Provide actionable insights to EU leadership, IMC teams, and Global DTC.
* Act as the DTC advocate within cross-functional and global development discussions.
Profile & Experience
Must-Haves
* 4+ years of experience in DTC e-commerce with strong campaign planning and execution responsibility.
* Proven track record of driving GMV and conversion through sales-focused campaigns.
* Strong analytical skills (Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, CRO/heatmap tools).
* Hands-on experience with Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar, VWO, or Optimizely.
* Experience managing content, merchandising, pricing, and promotions.
* Fluent English; German or French strongly preferred.
Nice-to-Have
* Shopify or enterprise e-commerce platform experience.
* Consumer electronics or multi-country DTC background.
* Understanding of omni-channel pricing and inventory management.
