Responsibilities IT strategy & roadmap: Coordinating IT strategy activities, KPI tracking, maintaining strategic project roadmaps, and creating presentations and reports. Supporting the development of a uniform ONE SYNLAB IT culture Governance: Organizing IT governance meetings, follow-ups, and reporting. Maintaining guidelines, processes, and documentation, and supporting the Group IT operating model ServiceNow PPM tool administration: Release planning with external partners, management of improvements & bug fixes, data maintenance, reporting/dashboards, user support, and training Project management: Management or support of strategic IT projects, including planning, coordination of international stakeholders, risk and progress control, and continuous improvement Qualifications Completed a degree in IT or a technical field At least 5 years of professional experience in IT projects, governance, strategy, or portfolio management Knowledge of IT governance frameworks (e.g., COBIT, ISO/IEC 38500, ITIL) Analytical skills, experience with KPIs, data & cost analysis, and data visualization (Power BI/Tableau) Experience with PPM tools, ideally ServiceNow Structured, detail-oriented, and proactive approach to work; strong communication and organizational skills Experience in international or multicultural environments; experience in the healthcare industry is an advantage Very good English, Spanish and/or German is a plus
