~- Definition of functional requirements on external interfaces (COMmunications/Multi-Function Software Defined Radio (*MF-SDR*) & RADAR).
~- Cyber Security Expertise: * Proven professional experience in *Information Technology (IT)*, with a focus on *Cyber Security* principles, practices, and technologies.
~* * System Modeling Proficiency: * Experience utilizing *Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)* methodologies and tools for defining, analyzing, and documenting complex system architectures.
~* * Technical Leadership: * Demonstrated experience in *technical project management*, including planning, executing, and finalizing projects within scope and schedule.
