Translate business requirements into features and functional requirements to allow Mortgage delivery team to develop technical solutions Support the continuous development and improvement of the Mortgage product, processes, and related technology solutions Understand, validate and articulate the effects of proposed solutions. Engage with a diverse group of stakeholders including 3rd party suppliers to ensure the solution design meets business goals and the intended requirements Develop cross business and service user acceptance plans and communications to support implementation of solutions within the Mortgage programme Understand the banks change process, principles and approach. Apply this understanding and ensure solutions comply with the bank policy & regulatory requirements Engage a variety of stakeholders across business areas, owning and gathering specification input, delivering quality work and maintaining relationships.
