Role Summary We are seeking a dedicated professional for a full-time Financial Accountant role, based in Berlin or remotely within Germany, to strengthen our team. Your Responsibilities Independent management of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger accounting Reviewing, coding, and posting of ongoing business transactions, with a focus on payroll import and revenue recognition Processing bank statements, managing payment transactions, and reconciling open items Account reconciliation Active involvement in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (in accordance with HGB), including assisting with the annual audit (EY) Serve as the primary contact person for colleagues, providing advice on accounting-related topics Your Profile Foundation: A completed commercial apprenticeship or a degree with a focus on Finance/Accounting. Experience: Ideally, several years of professional experience in accounting. Software Skills: Proficient handling of common ERP systems (NetSuite) and excellent Excel skills Mindset: A structured, conscientious approach to work, maintaining an overview even under deadline pressure. Languages: Very good German language skills (C1/C2); good English language skills.
