What You Can Expect
As a full life-cycle Talent Partner at Zimmer Biomet, you will join the global Talent Acquisition team, leading efforts to attract, source, and select top talent with Sales and Manufacturing backgrounds. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR partners to understand staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, and ensure a positive candidate experience. This role is remote in Germany or France and requires German and French language skills to engage with local markets.
How You'll Create Impact
1. Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and qualifications.
2. Utilize data and market insights to advise on market realities or alternatives.
3. Develop and implement sourcing strategies across various channels.
4. Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidates to ensure alignment with Zimmer Biomet’s requirements, culture, and values.
5. Guide candidates and managers through interview phases, ensuring a robust assessment process and a smooth candidate experience.
6. Manage offers and negotiations effectively, seeking successful outcomes for all parties.
7. Build and maintain relationships with candidates to grow the talent pipeline.
8. Support diversity initiatives by engaging in diversity sourcing and promoting inclusivity throughout recruitment.
9. Stay informed of industry trends and best practices to improve recruitment processes.
What Makes You Stand Out
1. 3+ years of experience as a full life cycle Talent Advisor/Partner.
2. Experience in a consultative role, driving recruitment outcomes.
3. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR software.
Your Background
1. Strong sourcing techniques.
2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Influencing and negotiation skills.
4. German and French language proficiency preferred.
