Technical customer success manager

Please note that for this role C2-level French proficiency is required.

What You'll Do

* Be the go-to contact for our diverse range of B2B customers, including solar installers and utilities for the French-speaking markets

* Solve technical problems from day one after signature and guide them through technical questions about our system and solar and heatpump (you don't need to be an expert directly)

* Leverage customer feedback to enhance our software, in close collaboration with our development team

* Continuously improve customer experience and help them day to day in calls and in our support chat

* Identify technical bottlenecks with customers and improve our solutions with the engineering team

* Strategically plan and implement projects that drive Reonic's growth and innovation

What Makes You a Great Fit

* Experience in B2B SaaS customer service or success, with a strong emphasis for engaging directly with customers

* Technical background e.g. (industrial-) engineering

* Previous experience in the start-up ecosystem

* Motivation to drive change in renewables and have a positive impact

* Excellent communication and presentation abilities in French and English

This is a full-time, in-office position in Berlin.
