In this role, you will act as an interface between business and IT and support the partners in neighboring countries.

Your tasks
9. You will identify and define IT opportunities that create real value for our business in the BENELUX and Eastern Europe regions.
10. You will work closely with stakeholders to transform business requirements into smart, scalable solutions - from conception to full implementation.
11. You coordinate and align internal and external IT services with business priorities and ensure their reliability and value.
12. You stay informed about digital trends, explore new technologies and contribute ideas that continuously improve the way we work.
13. You track performance, optimize service quality and ensure that every IT investment delivers measurable business results.
14. You will maintain strong stakeholder relationships by traveling to customer sites in BENELUX and Eastern Europe when required.
Your profile
15. You have a Bachelor's degree (ideally in IT, computer science, business administration or a related field).
16. You have 3-5 years of relevant professional experience as a Business Partner or in a comparable role (e.g. Business Analyst, IT Project Manager, etc.).
17. You have functional knowledge of central business processes such as IT, HR, finance, etc.
18. You convince with open, dynamic communication and presentation skills.
19. You have a strong customer focus and are able to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
20. You have a results-oriented mindset.
21. You work independently.
22. You speak good German and excellent English; other languages such as French, Czech, Slovak or others are very welcome.
23. You are willing to travel occasionally
