We’re the largest importer and exporter of second-hand shoes in the UAE — and we’re expanding into Europe. Our new Germany operation is focused on direct-to-consumer sales, primarily through online marketplaces like eBay. We move fast, we operate lean, and we’re building something ambitious from the ground up.
Role Overview
We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on Warehouse Manager to lead the setup and daily operations of our new fulfilment center in Hannover. You will be our first hire on the ground in Germany, with full responsibility for managing warehouse processes, dispatching 500+ daily orders, overseeing a small team, and maintaining inventory via our custom-built warehouse management system (WMS).
This role comes with significant autonomy — you'll report directly to our Head of eCommerce and the senior team based in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
* Take full ownership of day-to-day operations at our Hannover warehouse
* Oversee inbound goods, stock control, and warehouse layout
* Manage inventory using our custom WMS to ensure full traceability
* Ensure timely and accurate daily dispatch of 500+ orders (primarily via eBay)
* Recruit, train, and lead a small team of warehouse and dispatch staff
* Maintain a safe, efficient, and well-organized workspace
* Regularly report performance metrics and improvement opportunities to HQ
* Drive scalable, tech-enabled workflows and processes
* Step in hands-on where needed and deliver measurable results
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience managing a high-volume warehouse operation (e.g., Amazon-style or equivalent)
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Confident with digital tools, scanners, and WMS platforms
* Fluent in both German and English (written and spoken)
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, lean, and tech-driven environment
* A proactive problem-solver who takes ownership and builds for the long term
Nice to Have
* Experience fulfilling orders through eBay, Shopify, or other marketplaces
* Track record of setting up or scaling warehouse operations from scratch
