A key part of your role will be to build and inspire a high-performing global technology management team while fostering collaboration and accountability. You will oversee governance frameworks to ensure compliance, risk mitigation, and value realization. Driving and managing the global technology portfolio, you will take ownership of budgeting, prioritization, and performance tracking. Efficiency will be enhanced through global standardization across sites and along the entire value chain from development to commercial production. You will champion emerging technologies and digital innovation to strengthen business capabilities and accelerate transformation. Requirements PhD or Masteru2019s degree in Process, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or Pharmaceutical Technology Longstanding relevant professional experience in pharmaceutical, chemical, or biopharmaceutical industry Extensive international leadership experience in technology management within global corporate environment Deep understanding of pharmaceutical production processes and regulatory requirements (GMP, FDA, EMA) Proven expertise in global project management, change management, and intercultural leadership Strong knowledge of engineering systems, automation, infrastructure, and compliance with global standards Fluent in English; additional languages such as German, Spanish, or Mandarin are a plus Ready to contact us?
