In order to support the Culture Evolution team, Airbus Helicopters is looking for a

VIE - Inclusion and Diversity (d/f/m)

Based in Donauwörth, you will be part of our transnational team of 10 pers. in charge of Culture Evolution, Leadership Development and Inclusion & Diversity.

Definition VIE

The Volunteer for International Experience (VIE) program is an international program sponsored by the French Ministry of Economy, Finance and Employment, open to Airbus to offer young professionals the opportunity to have valuable paid work experience abroad in a technical or business function. We are looking for highly motivated graduates aged 18 to 28 years, who are citizens of the European Union (all E.U. nationals, plus Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein). Candidates meeting these criteria and interested in a VIE, please register before your 28th birthday on the website www.civiweb.com. For graduates who would be interested in a career with Airbus, this could be the start of a rewarding future in a dynamic and forward-thinking sector.

Your location

At our Donauwörth site, located on the banks of the river Danube, we develop helicopters from the initial idea to the airworthy product. Watch them take off and touch down on our own on-site test airfield.

Your tasks and responsibilities

Support the embedding of the Airbus corporate Inclusion and Diversity strategy and ensure across all levels within the Airbus Helicopter division

Support the deployment of comprehensive Inclusion and Diversity strategy in line with the corporate strategy:
Position Inclusion and Diversity as well as inclusive workplaces culture as key to increased performance and innovation

Deployment of key metrics and indicators to measure progress on different diversity dimensions as applicable

Prepare timely and regular reports to key stakeholders Work with multiple interfaces including but not limited to HR, wider I&D ecosystem (e.g. Business Diversity Champions, Employee Resource Groups)

Network with external interfaces such as professional associations, NGOs on common Inclusion and Diversity initiatives

Support as required the development of a network of female role models within the Airbus Helicopter organization and connect them with various initiatives in support of gender diversity (Speeches to schools, conferences, support to STEM initiatives and aerospace industry)

Communication and awareness
Work with internal communication teams to promote Diversity and Inclusion in Airbus Helicopters
Raise awareness through campaigns and trainings

Support as required Employee Resource Groups

Support transnational projects and campaigns such as international women's day, IDAHOBIT (International day against homophobia) and international day of people with disabilities or inclusive culture

External Communication
Develop and maintain a strong external network to allow benchmarking, external views of I&D

Ensure with the support of communication department that Airbus Helicopter division brand image as an inclusive employer is promoted

Desired skills and qualifications

University degree in the area of Human Resources, International Business, Communications or in a similar field of study (master degree)

You are a team player and you enjoy working with diverse teams

Your creativity and curious personality shines through and, you like to install innovative ideas and new ways of working

You have a structured way of working based on project and change management skills

You have very good knowledge of MS Office / Google suite

Interest in social media and digital communication and have profound communication and presentation skills

You have gained first international experience during studies or through internships or jobs abroad

You are fluent in english; german skills would be beneficial
