Applicants should meet the following requirements: A Master’s degree (or equivalent) in biomedical sciences e.g., Microbiology, Immunology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Bioinformatics, Physics, Pharmacy etc. and an ambitious and innovative mindset as well as excellent written and oral communication skills in English, and a willingness to work in an intercultural team. A funded PhD position under the German federal pay scale (equivalent E13 TVöD Bund, 65%), including health insurance, pension, and 30 days of paid vacation, providing a secure income sufficient for living in Germany with full social benefits.
