This is an established healthcare consultancy seeking a Healthcare Practice Support Specialist operating in hybrid model to support oncology practices and clinics in the implementation and ongoing use of a cloud-based oncology documentation platform.
Key Responsibilities:
* Planning and executing software implementations in practices and clinics
* Analysing existing processes, IT infrastructure, and role/permission structures
* Coordinating with external stakeholders (e.g., cancer registries, practice software providers)
* Delivering on-site and remote training sessions
* Monitoring data quality and supporting structured oncology documentation
* Providing continuous support and consultation to partners
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, life sciences, medical communication, or a related field
* Experience in oncology or clinical research is an advantage
* Strong natural ability in IT
* Excellent German language skills
* Structured, independent, and quality-oriented working style
* Valid Class B driver’s license
* Willingness to travel 2–3 days per week across Germany
