Aufgaben:
* Strategic PLM Implementation: Lead the strategic planning and execution of Windchill PLM system deployments and upgrades, ensuring alignment with Advantest's business objectives and engineering processes to drive efficiency and innovation
* Process Optimization: Analyze and optimize PLM workflows and processes to enhance productivity and data accuracy, implementing PLM best practices and optimizing processes to match
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with engineering, contract manufacturers and IT teams across Advantest globally to identify requirements, resolve system issues, and ensure seamless integration of Windchill PLM with other enterprise systems, facilitating effective cross-functional communication and data sharing
* Training and Support: Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for end-users, and provide ongoing support to troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues, ensuring that teams fully leverage Windchill PLM capabilities for their daily operations.
Qualifikationen:
* Extensive Windchill Expertise: Proven experience with Windchill PLM systems, including implementation and configuration with a deep understanding of its modules and capabilities to drive system efficiency and effectiveness
* Advanced Business Process Knowledge: Strong background in analyzing and optimizing product lifecycle management processes, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable PLM solutions that enhance operational efficiency
* Cross-Functional Leadership: Demonstrated ability to collaborate with diverse teams, including engineering, IT, and business units, to identify needs, resolve issues, and ensure successful integration and utilization of the Windchill PLM system across the organization
* Training and Change Management Skills: Experience in developing and delivering training programs for end-users, coupled with effective change management skills to facilitate smooth transitions and high adoption rates for new PLM processes and technologies
