Looking for proactive, experienced booth staff to support exhibitors
We are seeking 8 booth hostesses to support our client at ITB Berlin 2026.
You must be available for the full duration of the event as follows:
March 03, 2026 - 9:30AM - 6:00PM March 04, 2026 - 9:30AM - 6:00PM March 05, 2026 - 9:30AM - 6:00PM Total: 25.5 hours
Dress Code: Smart Business Attire.
Your tasks will be to: welcome attendees to booth, provide light hospitality, manage meetings calendar, keep booth neat and tidy.
You must:
1. Speak Fluent English (and German)
2. Be confident and have excellent communication skills.
3. Have previous trade fair working experience as a booth
4. Have an outgoing and welcoming personality.
