For our client, the world's largest e-commerce company, we are currently filling the following position:
Data Center Facilities Technician (m/f/d)
YOUR TASKS
* Operate, maintain, and improve data center infrastructure, including electrical, HVAC, fire protection, racks, and material handling systems
* Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and minor metal/woodwork tasks (including welding)
* Manage inventory and spare parts, and support continuous improvement initiatives
* Ensure safety, housekeeping, and operational standards are met
* Collaborate with internal teams (FOC, NOC, DCO, Security) and external vendors
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
* Expertise in electrical and mechanical systems, including HVAC and material handling equipment
* Experience in mission-critical environments (Data Centers, Oil & Gas, Airports, Hospitals, Heavy Industry)
* Strong communication skills in English; German is a plus
* Ability to prioritize multiple projects and work independently
* Formal training or degree in mechanical or electrical engineering
* Knowledge of electrical schematics and preventive maintenance procedures
