Senior Account Executive - Remote | Germany - Unmanned Systems
We're supporting a high-growth technology company known for its advanced networking solutions used across unmanned systems, robotics, and defense platforms. They’re hiring a Senior Account Executive to drive strategic growth in Europe.
This role blends sales leadership with hands-on execution. You’ll own the full commercial lifecycle - prospecting, solution-selling, stakeholder engagement, and closing deals, while shaping the company's expansion strategy in key markets.
Key Requirements:
Manage and grow strategic accounts across defense and industrial autonomy sectors
Navigate complex procurement cycles and influence technical and non-technical buyers
Collaborate with technical teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs
Represent the brand at key events and build long-term partnerships across Europe
Key Responsibilites:
5+ years of sales experience in autonomous systems
A solid understanding of unmanned platforms (UAVs, UGVs, etc.)
Experience leading full-cycle enterprise or government sales across Europe
Strong relationship-building skills and a results-driven mindset
Fluency in English (German, French, or Spanish are a bonus)
