Skills Provision is searching for a Finance Director to work for a media organisation in Germany.

Salary & Benefits
1. €133,000 pa plus Annual Bonus

The Role
3. Manage the day-to-day department operations, making sound recommendations and decisions.
4. Monitor client accounts and recommend adjustments.
5. Analyse the costs of servicing for clients and make appropriate proposals.
6. Assist in the negotiation of client contracts.
7. Manage and direct financial forecasting and ensure full compliance.
8. Assist in the management of general and administrative costs and make suggestions on further adjustments.
9. Coordinate with shared services for billing/accounting issues.
10. Ensure compliance on financial and discrimination policies.
11. Aid the Client Services department on financial matters.
12. Manage and develop financial analysis staff.
13. Involvement in department hiring.
Requirements
14. High level degree in Finance/Accounting
15. 10+ years strong corporate finance experience in advertising, marketing, or relevant industry
16. Strong strategic planning skills
17. Strong negotiation skills
18. Strong communication skills
19. Ability to manage operations strategically and efficiently
20. Effective problem solving and decision-making skills
21. A natural leader
22. Strong IT user skills
23. Proficient at report writing
24. Fluent in German and English
