Your new job includes
As part of our team in the "Supply Chain Projects” department, you support the project teams in their daily tasks and are responsible for the exchange with the project steering committee. In addition, you will in particular
* optimize work processes within the scope of projects, monitor project progress and track project risks
* monitor project activities (in collaboration with the project steering committee) using the project tools provided and ensure an efficient flow of information
* Promote dialogue and close collaboration with our IT department
* Coordinate deadlines and tasks and prepare, organize and follow up on meetings, e.g. jour fixe meetings
* support change management issues in projects
Preferred Profile
* A degree or commercial training with several years of professional experience
* Practical experience in an agile project environment
* Confident handling of MS Office as well as project management tools such as Jira and Confluence
* distinct structured and analytical skills as well as a self-reliant and result-oriented work style
* very good communication and assertiveness skills, as well as enjoy working as part of a team
* strong negotiation skills in written and spoken English and German
