Join our team on-site in Bielefeld as Head of Strategy and Finance and become a key partner to our Managing Director and be part of our leadership team. In this pivotal role, you will lead strategic initiatives, ensure financial transparency, and help steer c-trace toward sustainable growth.
Job Description
Your Impact
* Lead strategic processes and deep-dive projects across the organization.
* Develop business cases and decision-making documentation for investments and growth initiatives.
* Actively drive organizational strategy discussions and support M&A projects.
* Oversee Finance and business process management, ensuring accurate reporting and insightful analysis.
* Present financial performance (actuals, forecasts, budgets, KPIs) and advise management on financial matters.
* Drive process improvements and automation to enhance reporting quality and transparency.
Qualifications
What We're Looking For
Education & Experience:
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Master's preferred).
* Minimum 7 years' experience in consulting, strategy, corporate finance, controlling, business development, or audit with a strong background in software or technology companies.
Skills & Competencies:
* Strong business acumen and analytical mindset.
* Excellent communication skills in English and German.
* Leadership experience with the ability to develop and coach teams.
* Experience in financial analysis and modeling is an advantage.
* Solid understanding of accounting principles (IFRS knowledge is a plus).
