As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for driving the successful execution of high-stakes, complex projects across our organisation. This role demands a hands-on approach to project management, strong stakeholder engagement, and the ability to provide transparency across the project portfolio. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to align priorities, manage risks, and deliver measurable outcomes that support our business objectives.
Project Execution
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of major projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Manage project scope, risks, and dependencies proactively, resolving issues and escalations to keep projects on track.
Coordinate cross-functional and international teams, fostering collaboration and alignment across stakeholders.
Ensure accurate and timely reporting on project progress, KPIs, and financials to provide transparency to stakeholders.
Stakeholder Management
Act as a trusted partner to senior leadership, presenting updates and recommendations based on project performance.
Maintain visibility of the overall project portfolio, tracking performance and resource allocation.
Support prioritisation of projects based on strategic importance, capacity, and business impact.
Provide clear, data-driven insights to stakeholders on project portfolio alignment and strategy.
Apply and promote best practices in project management, leveraging tools and methodologies to enhance efficiency.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the evolution of project governance standards.
5+ years of project management experience, with 3+ years project leader role.
~ Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
~ Expertise in project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project).
~ Solid understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
~ Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in managing global or cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with change management and digital transformation projects.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
