Role Description
This is a contract, on-site role for a Project Analyst supporting DHFPO-E Defense Health Facility Project Management Office– Europe (DHFPO-E), Landstuhl and Weilerbach, Germany military medical facility projects.
The Project Analyst will be responsible for conducting data collection and analysis, preparing reports, assisting in project planning, monitoring project progression, and ensuring adherence to budgets and schedules. They will also contribute to resource management and stakeholder communication to support project success.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in A related field. 10 years practical experience.
Be proficient in the use of M2, CHCS, AHLTA, Excel, Access, and other Microsoft Office programs.
Manipulate, analyze and interpret complex data sets, and prepare reports using appropriate tools
Analyze clinical interoperability workload.
Identify population changes that may impact the future delivery of healthcare services.
Utilize Microsoft Access to compile and present both raw and finished data.
Prepare written data summaries and recommendations based on analysis.
Strong analytical, data collection, and reporting skills
Proficiency in project planning, scheduling, and resource management
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Ability to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders
Proficiency in project management software and tools
Technical Support. Include support the data collection/analysis, information and workload requirements for the Rhine Ordnance Barracks Medical Center (ROBMC) project. Given the project's size and complexity, this challenging and demanding position requires a senior/experienced program analyst who has prior extensive medical center program analysis experience, and the required knowledge, skills, and abilities and medical treatment facility professional experience of at least ten (10) years, and excellent speaking, presentation skills, and demonstrated professional report writing skills using English language. The position is located in the DHFPO-E office located at Landstuhl Regional Medical Center (LRMC), and reports directly to the ROBMC Project Manager and ROBMC Project Management Office (PMO) Chief. The incumbent may at times be required to perform their duties in the Integrated Project Office (IPO) on the ROBMC construction site in Weilerbach, about 20 minutes from Landstuhl.
Data/Information Support: Respond to data calls and prepare/ present information /decision briefs to senior leaders. Design and monitor a system of checks and balances and internal controls to ensure the accuracy of information/data provided. Answer a wide variety of questions requiring comprehensive knowledge of the overall functions of the supported departments. Utilize effective communication, coordination, and problem-solving techniques to develop and implement solutions to health care management problems.
Participate in Joint Interoperability Working Group meetings, and support required data analysis and other associated written/verbal requirements. Provide application programming and computer related services for the accomplishment and enhancement of the required functions. Such actions may include, but are not limited to, establishment and maintenance of databases to track various types of actions or development of expert systems for processing actions. Excel, Access, Business Objects, and other Microsoft Office product applications may be required, as well as other languages or applications. Retrieve data and report information from the existing DHA data support systems/data repositories to support the planning and analysis required for project development. Review and analyze data and staffing requirements as well as other technical data for completeness and accuracy in support of space planning/utilization.
Requirements Validation Support:
Support DHFPO-E including but not limited to the following activities:
-Utilize existing data systems to support development validation of work center functional requirements.
- Provide data/information necessary for the development of clinical interoperability.
to identify/mitigate/eliminate potential barriers to integration.
-Provide data/information necessary to perform gap analyses for planned quality of life support functions.
-Utilize descriptive, predictive and prescriptive analytics to develop solutions to project needs by working
closely with the project team, medical staff and other teams.
-Assist in the development of cost, workload and manpower projections.
